Excellent support for an older printer that probably could not be fixed. I Thought that I might have to buy another printer and lose my ink from the old one , but the technician suggested that he might know of one that can use the older ink. Great! He found one that was the previous model and used the dame ink so that I saved about $100 . The new printer also was on to boot. Great SERVICE AND A FAIR AMOUNT OF SAVINGS.

The woman working at the UPS drop-off counter was incredibly rude. The line was long, and I was holding two packages while trying to respond to a text. When I finally became the next in line, I placed my packages on the empty end of the counter so I could have my hands free to finish my message, all while waiting for her to finish helping the customer before me at the other register. She abruptly told me I was “crowding the area” and needed to step back. That made no sense—if there had been another employee there, they could’ve helped me from that exact spot. I wasn’t blocking anyone or being disruptive. What made it worse was that she repeated the same comment about me to the other customer, as if I couldn’t understand English or would not know that she was mocking me. This experience was upsetting. How ironic that they call it “Happy Returns”, the experience was not at all happy. I've had much better service at other locations.

I had to go to Staples to return a package. I thought it was going to be an ordeal—far from it. From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed help, and we did! I didn't have a bag or a box, and the cashier took care of it. She said no problem—nothing was a problem. She had such a great personality—she was helpful. This employee is a keeper!! Way to go Staples for hiring such a conscientious worker!!

The UPS DROP OFF at this location is horrendous. A year ago, I had 3 packages dropped off here on different dates that ended up never being scanned by UPS. I provided the drop off receipt to the worker and asked them if they can review the camera footage and they could not. I had to file a claim with UPS but never received the full reimbursement. This holiday season I swore to never used them, but decided to anyway for a few packages because they were the most convenient located from me and I hope they had gotten better. I dropped off a few packages at this Staples location on 1/7/25 and I specifically remember trying to stack my boxes on the bottom of the platform cart dolly so maybe if it were a customer taking my packages, it would not be easily accessible. A few weeks later I discovered 2 of the packages ended up never being scanned by UPS and I had to reimburse my customers and the packages I shipped them are no where to be found. I have the drop off receipt showing that Staples received them, but UPS never scanned them, which means these packages are being stolen. I have used other places to drop off my packages and never had any issues, it is only with this Staples. Need to get in touch with a manager ASAP. So far in total I have had 5 different packages never scanned and go missing from this Staples location, even though I have the drop off receipt from them. They refuse to take responsibility for this, saying they are only a drop off location and that I would need to contact UPS. These issues have not happened to me at other drop off locations

It was my first time coming in the store The lady at the register with the blast head today were very nice love the energy but there’s a big man with the beard and glasses asking if I was looking for something I said I was strolling around cuz it was my first time and made me feel little uncomfortable. I used their printer machine it was better than where I used to go UPS store. Much affordable and more than one printers plus people don’t have to know my business if I need to print via sending email glad I went this place for it.
