I recently visited the printing department at Staples and had a mixed experience. I asked four different employees for help, but none of them were able to assist me properly. However, Kaitlynn stood out as an exceptional employee. She went above and beyond to guide me and ensure I got the assistance I needed. Kaitlynn, thank you for your hard work and dedication—you are a true rock star! You turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. I like how nice and neat the store is. The staff is always nice and helpful. In this store there is no UPS service and I don’t know why it says that they have it. Please change it on the maps. that’s why I am taking one star off

After driving through 4 Staples stores and facing complete ignorance and careless attitudes from employees who didn't even care to educate themselves to learn about the store's services provided and kept referring me to check other locations, I came to this store in disbelief that I would be able to get my paperwork done however I met Aydan and Kathy in the printing department. Even though I was at a self-service station, Aydan patiently took the time to help me open my medical records from CD, and Kathy kindly assisted me with the rest of the documentation. Staples should employ more people like these incredible associates who are kind, genuine and ready to help. Once again, Ayden and Kathy, thank you very much for helping me out in a very stressful situation!

Today, I experienced the worst service from the post office department in staples. Despite my frequent visits to return parcels, which have always been a seamless process, today was a different story. Apparently, they've introduced new rules and no longer provide free return labels. Instead, they charge for this service. I wish they would communicate these policy changes to customers in advance so we can be prepare accordingly by printing at home and avoid unnecessary delays. It's disappointing and frustrating!

Impeccable service indeed. I had 0 knowledge on how to ship an item when I walked through that door, a professional home depot repsentative helped me with everything, and by the time I walked out that door I felt like I could train someone on shipping and packaging. Best Home deeps in Durham
