I went into look at a new office chair today. I wast expecting much in inventory or help. Wow.......I was wrong. Great selection and Monrad was a big help. This guy is a great employee and knowlegable. I ended up gettting a new chair for a great price. Please recognize Monrad as he went out of his way to help me and teach me a few thing about ergonomics too. Great store and employee!

my experience today at staples in broomfield was not a great experience. i was looking for a item that was clearly not out and i went up to a worker and asked them if they had this item in stocked. they then proceed to respond to me in a rude and snarky tone "it should be in isle 1 on either the right side or the left side" it clearly wasn't cause i checked ten times to make sure i wasn't missing anything. and that product was never there!

Good so far, most visits have no issues. Only had 1 issue once years ago, since then has been great.

I printed over 100 sheets the other day here costing close to $100. Today I walk in to print two more copies and the guy at the counter was extremely rude and didn’t even try to help. Just said I’ve got twenty orders ahead of you and said use the self service. I’ll never give this location another dollar since they treat customers the way they do. I printed my copies across the street at fed ex.

I got there 30 min before closing. I cannot get there any earlier because I had a 10 hour shift where I cannot leave work. I spent a half hour trying to figure out how to email and prints things. I mentioned that I needed to get these things printed tonight for homework assignment for class the next day, I couldn’t get it figured out and they said “just so you know it’s five minutes after closing so you’re going to have to come back”. Zero empathy that I was having trouble figuring it out and that I really needed this tonight. I don’t understand why they couldn’t help me complete the task. I don’t do that at my work. I finish with my customer.
