Shawn's Computer Repair did a fantastic job fixing my slow Mac. It was in desperate need of some TLC! The repair was complex, but Shawn was dedicated and persistent until it was running smoothly again. His expertise, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile were greatly appreciated. He even made sure I was happy with the performance after I got it back. What a difference! I highly recommend Shawn's for reliable and efficient computer repair.

I emailed Shawn about a USB CDROM drive that wasn't spinning. He emailed me back with some troubleshooting tips, and it started working again! I'll definitely be going to him first for any future computer issues.
