I emailed Shawn about a USB CDROM drive that wasn’t spinning. He emailed me back with some things to try at home first before bringing it, and lo and behold: the drive started working again. I will definitely be bringing computer equipment here first in the future.

I messed up my Windows file management by accidentally moving some folders and was not able to restore them back. This impacted the data paths from my photos to Adobe Lightroom, jeopardizing thousands of photo edits. Nightmare. Shawn and his techs fixed the problem and got all my pathways to Lightroom restored.
