UPDATE November 2024 DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This place has ruined my sewing machine. I took my sewing machine in for a cleaning in 2023. They lost a screw on my machine but never admitted that. Instead, they placed an incorrect screw in my machine. When I realized that the screw was incorrect and was just shoved into the machine and not screwed in (it was the wrong size) I took my machine back to the shop. They gave me some story about how the machine needed to be rethreaded to fit the screw. They also told me that they could potentially break my machine if they rethreaded it, but they would be happy to try. As someone who has had experience building and repairing electronic items, I knew they were feeding me an absolute lie. I told then that I would not approve this 'repair' so, to fix the repair, they put electrical tape on the machine (see photos). No joke. They put electrical tape on my machine and gave it back to me. Now that I am working on a new sewing project, I need to 'tighten' the electrical tape after sewing a few seams because the machine is not being held together properly. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! I am beyond devastated because their incompetence is causing me more time, more money, and running around all of Colorado to find a very specialized part. If I could give them negative stars, I would. ---------------------- They've repaired three of my items now and I'm satisfied every time. Items are repaired on time, the communication is excellent, and the items come back in pristine condition. Customer service and time spent with customers answering questions is also great. I will be coming back.

I took several espresso machines in for repair. After charging me over $450 for initial diagnostics, sending my machine to Denver, which I was not told initially, then holding it for weeks, after my multiple calls for follow up, they called to say it was ready. I picked it up and it had multiple error messages and still does not work. I was told it was under warranty when picked up in case I needed to bring it back. When I called to let them know it doesn't work. they told me I have to take it back to Denver, and by the way, its only for labor not parts. These people are CROOKS! They take your money and purposefully not repair so they can take more of your money. DO NOT USE THEM.

Came in to repair a cord where one prong has broken off with an expensive older Meilee that we bought there and the new owner was accusing me of breaking it, because “it was made well” he was condensing and then refused to do the repair- I will never go back or buy there again. Instead I had to drive to longmont and they fixed it without the mean urban attitude- I went into the other vac shop in Boulder nearby and they said that there are many complaints about this new owner and have a pre printed form ready for me to file to the AG consumer affairs because complaints were so common. It’s sad because it was a lovely store that I used for years but this new owner treated me very disrespectfully.

The staff in the store seem nice but basically don't have your best interest in mind just how they can line there pockets, All they do is take your money and then tell you they will get back to you. Yet nobody does. So when you call back up they say oh I am escalating that to the manager and then guess what nothing happens. The business practices are a joke. You will waste your money going here. go to a reputable company to get things actually done and don't waste your time. They over charge and con you out of money. Then send your device back broken and then don't get back to you. You would be better off just setting fire to the cash you will spend here. It will at least keep you warm for a few seconds and that's more than you will get from these clowns. So first thing to note is their repairs especially on coffee machines (they say they are the experts) are sent off to a third party company. This company is absolutely useless. They make excuses every time on why things are taking longer than expected and are still using COVID as an excuse. Then they tell you a cost and you agree only to find out that they tac'ed on extras not discussed . Fine I just want my coffee machine. Paid up and took it home. Next day I plug it in and all the lights are flashing giving different warnings...no coffee. Ok it's got 6months warrenty (what a joke). Call the store. Explain what's going on. Ok you either need to bring it in or someone can contact you to trouble shoot. Ok let's get someone to contact me. 4 hours later nothing. Call back, we escalated (what do you mean escalated you are the shop responsible for my repair?) someone will call you back. 8 hours later......nothing. So I called back and said forget this you don't care about the customer and have done shoddy work, refund me the labour and repair costs and I'll find someone else. These guys say oh you need a manager to call you back for that I can't do this. Guess what that manager is the same guy I have been waiting 8 hours for. So at this point I have no idea what to do about this. I either write off $200 for nothing or keep calling them every day. So this is a warning to anyone going into this store. Unless money means nothing to you RUNNNN as far away as you can. You have been warned. Just had a call as this has now been 2 days with no response from them. I was told I should just be patient..... Edit in response:If you tell a customer you will call them, it would make sense to call them. As I said it was offered to trouble shoot over the phone. I love that you are telling me to use the owners manual when I didn't have these issues before you got the machine and worked on it. I guess I have no choice to bring it in and hope it actually gets fixed this time.

We purchased a Sebo Airbelt E2 Turbo canister vacuum from Blakeman Vacuum & Sewing on 28th Street in Boulder and were elated with our experience from the moment we entered the store. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Chris. He took a lot of time explaining the various features of the Sebo and Miele models, ensuring my mom, who is a senior, was comfortable with her new vacuum. Chris's friendly demeanor and professionalism made the experience truly enjoyable, even fun! He didn't try to upsell us on anything, which we greatly appreciated. His advice was practical and tailored to my mom's exact needs. I highly recommend supporting this fantastic locally-owned business!
