Sew More Than Vacuums - Boulder AKA Sew Vac

UPDATE November 2024: DO NOT GO HERE! They ruined my sewing machine. After a cleaning in 2023, they lost a screw and replaced it with the wrong one. When I pointed it out, they lied about needing to rethread it and potentially breaking it. They then used electrical tape to "fix" it! Now I have to tighten the tape after every few seams. I'm beyond devastated. ---------------------- Previously: They've repaired three of my items, and I was satisfied. Repairs were on time, communication was excellent, and items were returned in great condition. Customer service was good.

I took several espresso machines for repair. After paying over $450 for diagnostics, they sent my machine to Denver without telling me. After weeks of waiting and calls, they said it was ready. It still had error messages and didn't work. They said it was under warranty (for labor only) and I'd have to take it back to Denver. They are crooks!

I brought in an expensive Meilee vacuum for a cord repair. The new owner accused me of breaking it, was condescending, and refused to fix it. I had to drive to Longmont for the repair. Another vacuum shop in Boulder said there are many complaints about this owner.

They take your money and don't get back to you. Their coffee machine repairs are sent to a third party that makes excuses for delays. They add extra charges. My machine came back broken. They offered phone troubleshooting but didn't call. They refused a refund. Don't go here!

We bought a Sebo vacuum here and were thrilled! Chris was exceptional, explaining the features to my senior mom. He was friendly, professional, and not pushy. His advice was practical. I highly recommend this local business!
