These guys are the absolute best in the business. I had given my laptop to a local repair shop by my house. They wanted an enormous amount, more than it was worth, to fix it. I sent me laptop into the great guys at Roytek and they completed 3X the amount of work, at 1/3 of the cost and they completed it within 24 hours of it getting delivered to their shop. They were super helpful on the phone and a pleasure to speak with. I will be going to them for anything else on the future and only them.

I’m writing from California, where my MacBook Pro 13 (M1 Chip) suddenly stopped charging properly. Both Apple and local repair shops told me I needed a full logic board replacement, quoting $650–850. That seemed excessive, so I kept searching for alternatives. Eventually, I found Roytek through eBay (listed under a different shop name at the time). They offered a flat-rate repair service for logic board issues, so I purchased the service and shipped my laptop to them. The repair was quick and efficient—within one day of delivery, they diagnosed the issue, replaced a faulty IC chip, and communicated updates through eBay. The next day, they shipped my MacBook back via USPS in secure packaging. When I opened it—Tada!—my laptop was charging perfectly again. Huge thanks to Roytek for the excellent service, fair pricing, and saving me from an expensive logic board replacement. Highly recommended!

I had the common challenge with previously owned Apple Macbook Pros that were previously provisioned by a corporation no longer in business. They sat on my shelf for three years waiting for a solution to put them into use and avoid the eWaste pile in this country. Roytek offered an affordable, fast and easy solution for two of my 2019 Macbook Pros and they were fixed THE SAME DAY they arrived there and sent back out by the next morning. They arrived well packaged and everything works perfectly now on both of them. Thank you!

Excellent and fast service! Accidentally spilled water on my Mac and couldn’t turn on after. I bought it to the Apple Genius Bar and they quoted me over 600+ bucks with no data recovered solution. I searched around and got attract by the word “logic board repair”. I guess I can take a look here and might get a better solution. At the end, my Mac was fixed with a much lower cost. Overall experience was excellent. The staffs were friendly and professional. They were very helpful and really wanted to help you out. They first checked my Mac and quoted after in depth diagnostics. Their speed was fast too, my mac was fixed in 1 business day and they also recovered all the data! These guys are magicians! Can’t appreciate enough for their service. I would give 6 stars out of 5!
