Poor customer service with the lady she was totally unprofessional and inpatient she canceled my delivery because I couldn’t text her back immediately while at work it took me maybe 15 minutes to reply to let her know I still wanted the delivery for that Saturday. I didn’t end up getting anything and canceling my order on my own because of the poor behavior. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this rac to anyone because now I’m getting bills for something I never received! Trying to sort out with corporate.

Mark is AMAZING. He got a very difficult contract done for me with store transfers. He is absolutely the best. I've rent to own my stuff from him for years, without any hassle. He tries to work with everyone that has payment issues. Tim helped with so much and in my opinion is an EXTREMELY VALUABLE employee. They both way above and beyond to get it done. If you're in Greeley Colorado, this is the store to use.

They treat their customers like they are already not going to pay them. They asked for my proof Of residence I said i.live across the street literally be right back, when i got there. The guy had proceeded to go on an hour lunch ignoring what i said,Angelica (one of the managers i presume due to her great business casaual attire) proceeded to cover for him saying" well most our customers find out they need proof of address and never come back usually" cause they are bums. I then asked " so is that what you guys automatically assume of everybody that walks in here?" And she said " excuse me?" I then responded with same question above.Then big tough guy big boss comes out and starts backing her up like I asked the most outlandish question... so just warning everybody, be prepared to be looked at as a bum or homeless person who will never pay their bills when you go in there. And BTW i didn't get approved cause I just moved here and didn't have enough check stubs for them.... that's it. And I guess they automatically assume everybody walking in a rent a center is there cause they are broke and can't afford anything. That's how you will be treated there

Probably shouldn't threaten people wife when calling husband's phone over 10 days late. Then not use dolly and drag washing machine across new flooring because you're trying to impress the female coworker with you. She even asked him. Empty water on floor rather than in a bucket. Going to file theft charges after 10 days. 20 plus years never treated like that by rent a center.

This place is a joke! I will NEVER rent anything from them again! A day late they call and harass you then when you call to make arrangements it’s not good enough and they still send people out to your house and then you call and ask why and they lie to you and say it’s not my store the trucks are parked out front.. pathetic. I would hate to be an employee of a place that treats their customers like that let alone see how the employees are treated.. not that care cuz they are all rude and think when your frustrated it’s funny and will laugh on the phone. I have asked numerous times to switch stores and am always told no.. how fair is that? Thanks to Aaron’s and conns I never have bad customer service!
