Mark needs to be fired and the whole staff. Even there drivers are laughing at them. Arrangments wrre made and the had the driver come to my home questioning me causing much embarrassment. Proof of arrangements were made and will be used for legal action for defamation of character.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have purchased multiple pieces from here. Always paid my rent on time. I changed jobs and asked if I could change my payment date by 7 days because of payday change. I was refused outright. When I asked about the protection plan which was explained to me as a buffer in case of job loss etc. I was told no that’s only in case of damage to the piece. This place will never get another cent from me. After 16 months of paying on a piece I am sending it back maybe they can find another sucker. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Was promised delivery on the date they stated. Received call saying only one driver manager went home sick. They couldn’t deliver. They said see what they can do if they can deliver next day? Are you kidding me? Why is that my problem? They need to get help from other store they didn’t seem to care. I told them then I will help bring the couches in. I need them I have nothing. Again they did not care about this. Why should the customer be punished for the stores stupidly? So the only way I get my couches I have to help move it in. I think I’m sorry I decided to go with this store. No communication with the staff and way just look at you like you have two heads not very bright 😡

The manger Randy is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, as well as his crew. Only employee that has any respect and does her job is Selena. Will definitely not be doing any more business with these people after my contract ends. Was LIED to right from the start by Maria, who DIDNT/COULDN'T explain the contract. Then get a rude call from Randy saying he gave me a month of free time which was a LIE due to the fact that i had previously PAID OFF my last contract before the early buy out of 6 months. Since the previous manager left this place has gone WAY down hill.

All I gotta say is next time the manager is rude and talks to my wife like that again he's gonna need a straw to eat.... There no way they should let them talk to people like that
