Real Tech Solutions

I have let our IT languish for years I am sad to say. Too many bad experiences, too much money. HOWEVER the team at RTS took this mess (see before picture) and turned it into a highly organized rack (see after picture) and we are extremely happy we called them after getting a referral from another business. I now have them working on a 17 item to do list to catch up our IT in the rest of the office as well as our home based employees. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable--not to mention professional and timely! Thank you.

We have been using Real Tech Solutions for several years now. We run a large home office and Brad from Real Tech Solutions has been servicing our computers, and has helped us in the purchase of several computers in addition to other equipment. We have come to depend on him for the quality service he provides. They are reliable and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our service we get from Real Tech Solutions and will continue to use them. UPDATE: We recently completed remodeled our large home office and Brad and his team took care of all the networking for us. In addition, he was able to negotiate a faster speed tier from Comcast for us at a lower price. We were amazed!

He has grown from a "stand alone tech guy" into a "complete solution tech company". I love knowing that I always have them on standby with my managed plan to help me. For example, my daughter lost a term paper and was able to reach their help desk after 9PM in which they logged in and found the document! (We also use them at our office.) So if you need a professional, prompt, and knowledgeable tech company this is the wonderful company you should use!

After years of working with another “tech company” and getting average service at best, we decided to try a different company. Brad and his technician showed up a few minutes before their scheduled appointment time, took care of the problem, charged a very fair price, and even followed up the next week to make sure everything was continuing to work smoothly.
