My hard drive on my business desktop started acting up. Rapid Fire IT installed an ssd and updated my network card since I have Google fiber now. Wow, what a difference. I was only able to download 150Mbps before. Now I am flying around the internet. Even when I run a test in my upstairs office at a 1 gig switch on the old ethernet port on the desktop, I am getting 787 Mbps download and when using the new ethernet card I am getting 832 down and 948 up. I had to go to my 2gig port downstairs just to check, and I got 1682Mbps down and 1136Mbps up. Thank you! You extended the life of my computer.

RapidFire-IT was very professional! They took great care of my computer!! My Computer froze right as I finished a bunch of paperwork for my business. Nothing on it would work and nothing I tried could fix it! Huge worry for losing all my info! They fixed it quickly and saved all my info!! They were able to remove malware and even went the extra mile taking time to help me make sure everything was running top notch. They know their stuff! Thank you RapidFire-IT!!!
