While waiting in the line for a special concert of mines to start, my mother realized that she couldn’t access her gmail account through my phone and that google wouldn’t allow her to. the reason she couldn’t do it on her own phone is because earlier she had actually broken the screen on accident, and she needed her email information to access the online tickets so that she could show the security guards proof that we had tickets and so that we could be allowed entry into the venue. when she called and described her problem with the phone, they told her it would take 45 minutes and would cost 108$ dollars, and we were told this as we were running to the store in order to get it fixed, and since I wanted to get into the concert at a normal time so I could have a good view and get merch this information was very stressful to me. they ended up fixing the problem in under 20 minutes, and when I asked for the price of a screen protector they offered me one for free. they were very kind, and it costed way less then normal shops would charge for something like that. I got to the concert and still had an amazing time and got an okay view, which is great considering the fact that we got there late, and this shop is unironically apart of the reason why I got to enjoy the entire performance. this was important to me, ecspecially since it was my first concert experience💙. I TRUTHFULLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Came in for iPad repair for a charging port and it was good. Quick same-day service since they had the specific parts, but would have been just a few days longer if they didn't have it. Price was fair enough. Appreciate the friendly tech that helped me! The iPad ended up with some screen deformities that are subtle but definitely not like it was before. Charging port replacement was successful however. They threw on a new screen protector to replace the original one that had to be removed in the process.

This place is legit in every way. Came in on Valentine’s Day with a shattered screen and within an hour it was good as new. Super affordable as well. One year warrantee is also a major plus. If anything goes awry with my phone in the future this spot will be my first stop! Thank you!

Outstanding service. Patient and very understanding. My laptop was broken, would turn itself off every 30 seconds, so I couldn’t even run any diagnostics. The kind store attendant identified the issue and had my laptop back up and running within 5 minutes (it was a cooling fan issue). To top it off he even helped me with my phone which wasn’t charging well. All of this within a 10 minute window whilst dealing with lots of other customers. If I could I would give 10 stars.

Excellent service and very reasonable turnaround. A few months ago I got a screen replacement for I think $100. It took 2.5 hours, worked great ever since. —- Oh also - later I took my phone in because I thought I might have messed up the touchscreen/digitizer - it was unresponsive. In my carelessness and panic, they could have easily charged me $100 for a new screen. But they just rebooted it and it worked fine - something I could have googled and tried had I thought a bit harder (rebooting normally was impossible because of non-responsive screen). Not ONLY did they do the right thing here rather than make a quick buck, but they through in a free screen protector replacement, which was very sweet. Thanks guys you rock 🫡
