I’m very grateful to Max for being able to recovery the data from my damaged iPhone. The reasons why I gave 4 stars for his 5 star skills is because of how expensive the service was, the fact that there wasn’t an option to send my data (after payment of course) electronically, and I didn’t expect for it to take over a week to recover the data. He charges a $80 diagnostic fee and that fee doesn’t go to the repairs if you decide to move forward. Then it was $382 with taxes & included the flash drive of my data.
