DONT GO HERE!! Everything their site says is misleading and false. I went in to see if my phone and laptop screens could be repaired. The lady looked up my phone and said they dont have the parts for it, which was fair as it is a less known brand (Umidigi Bison) but when I asked if they had any refurbished/old phones for sale she said they don't sell that, despite the website saying they do. I then showed my laptop just to see if there was a way to fix it: The corner of my screen had simply popped/leaned out a little bc it had fallen before, and I just didnt want to push it back in myself in case it damaged the screen; I told her when I had tried to push it back in it made that corner of the screen blurry/lighter (the reason I knew pushing it would cause damage). Even after I said that she tried to push the corner in hard with her hands so I had to ask her to stop since that was literally what I had tried/would 100% make it worse. Then she said they don't actually repair laptops, despite the website saying they do. (My laptop is a regular Lenovo, so it wasn't as if it were an extremely difficult fix). After I asked her to please not push the screen she said "You should just go to the repair place on taunton." (she didnt bother to say the name it) so I just thanked her and left, and I will never go back there. They basically just sell phone cases and screen protectors. Save yourself the time and energy and just go to the place on taunton instead lol.

I went to the store sign says open but no one around doors locked fixed my phone with a bad battery tried calling no one answers the phone I’ve been calling all week trying to get ahold of there not recommended

The service was excellent! They fixed my iPhone 11 screen quickly and efficiently. They they also waited for me when they were about to close and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs phone fixed for a convenient price and a fraction of the time, come to Pulse Mobile.

Great value on a screen replacement for a s20 plus. Way more reasonable than anywhere else contacted. Dropped it off around noon and had it back a few hours later in perfect working condition. Friendly staff as well. Highly recommended.

Good Service and resolve the issue. Pretty good with the price, I get to change my phone battery and charging port at a very reasonable price. Satisfy with the service as fixing the phone quickly. Definitely recommend to visit and discuss your issues, you won't be disappointed by visiting. Orignal apple parts and accessories available in store on good prices as well.
