ProTech Computer Systems

Protech was wonderful from the moment I called them, to arrival (30 minutes later, as stated), to completion of their work. We were unable to unlock the deadbolt and replacement was anticipated. Scott simply inserted WD40 into the lock and it easily opened with the key. What we thought would be an expensive, unplanned service, was only the service fee for coming out. Thank you, Scott! 😃

We visited ProTech to see if they could assist a colleague whose computer was not responsive. The service was fast and friendly and they fixed the problem while we waited. It was not something we could have done ourself. We could not have received better support.

I had a custom PC build that had issues from the get go. I tried everything to diagnose myself and could not get the problem solved. I took it in to ProTech and they went above and beyond to diagnose the issue in the system, which ended up being a bad motherboard. I had the computer back within a week with concrete steps to solve the problem. They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, and saved me a major headache. Highly recommended for any software or hardware needs!

Unfortunately their troubleshooting skills were not sufficient to accurately assess and fix my computer. The tech called and confidently told me the issue had been fixed, explaining that it was just a software issue, so I took their word for it. Within a day of having it back, it was not working again. So, rather than go through the same hoops with them again, I decided to send it directly to HP instead - turns out the motherboard needed to be replaced, and now my computer is working great. Lost a good amount of money and time with these guys, so I have to recommend looking elsewhere until they are able to hire more skilled and knowledgeable techs.

Took my Lenovo Thinkpad in for warranty repair. ProTech Computer Systems INC did not complete the services they billed to Lenovo and actually complicated the entire process of getting my laptop fixed. Absolutely avoid this company for Lenovo repairs!!!!!! Send your Lenovo into the their depot for repair!!!
