This guy was super nice, super inexpensive and super fast! I know who I’m going to if I need any help with PC related stuff in the future. Completely solved a problem with my PC sparking within 2 hours!

Real great guy! Had a problem with my pc and he ran a diagnostic and figured out my problem within 30 minutes for dirt cheap! Highly highly recommend him for repairs/builds.

I called 5 other shops and they said they couldn’t look at my PC for at least 1 week. Luckily I found PFI, I called and was told I could drop my PC off right away for a diagnostic. The diagnostic took about 30 minutes, it turned out to just be loose connections. I had my computer back in an hour and was only charged $20. The cheapest quote I got for a diagnostic at other shops was $60 so I decided to tip an extra $20.
