Performance Wise

Let start out by saying that you got me back in service quickly. Thank you for that. A couple of things I did notice after I got the truck back. Radiator fluid was low, the light came on within a 100 miles. Electrical connector was not reattached back in place, right front wheel well. Found a broken stud in the engine compartment. Found a exhaust gasket laying just below the exhaust manifold. We will watch the radiator fluid level over the next several trips to make sure I don't have a leak. Makes me wonder what else we forgot, just take the extra couple of minutes and double check. Thank for the communication, updates and getting back up and running.

Being a first time diesel owner (6.0) you hear so many horror story about shops taking months, up charging, and taking your pride for joy rides. Performance wise has been and will be the only shop I go to from now on. Not only the services they offer, their transparency, explanations, and incredible pricing being nothing short of amazing. they’re trustworthy people. I’d definitely recommend them in a heart beat whenever someone asks for a suggestion. My turn around time was fairly quick considering what I had done but they keep you updated!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had schedule a time with another shop in town to have my glow plugs replaced on my Ram EcoDiesel only to get a phone call on my way to that shop that they don't work on the EcoDiesel. My wife was interrupted on a conversation that was over heard and they gentlemen recommended Performance Wise. Not only did they get me in the next day the price to replace the plugs was very reasonable. Fast forward a month and I had another plug go out that I went back to them and they replaced it as well. Their attention to detail for other repairs that I didn't notice was incredible. Being in a customer service business myself their customer service is second to none. I will continue to use them for my diesel repair and recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you for all you do!

Incredible turn around time! Had some wires come lose and melt on the exhaust while about 1200 miles away from home. This caused errors for a sensor, since it melted. Being the primary ride around, we where able to relax in leather chairs in the lobby while the diagnosis/part ordered - acquired and installed. All within a couple of hours! While local dealerships would take it (my vehicle) and MIGHT look it over the next day! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a day after Christmas miracle! Already have been telling the praises to my extended family here, just down the road in Arvada. Thanks again!

What an awesome facility! These guys have been servicing my diesel truck for over 7 years and they have always done a great job. They are knowledgeable and always ready to help and answer questions about a vehicle I love, but do not know much about. I will only take my diesel to Performance Wise!
