Having charging issues with my laptop, took it into a shop that told me 2-4 weeks for repair. Decided to see Rod at PCs & Parts for a second opinion. He proceeded to open it up and repair on the spot. Great guy and will be the only place I take my laptops from now on.

Barret was such a big help with my issue and had me in and out within little to no time at all. We do need more places like this. It is a friendly place with a warm atmosphere. Go here for all your PC needs. God bless them

Very friendly staff. Rod is a man of expertise, a wealth of knowledge, and just a kind decent man. He has gone out of his way to help me every time I have gone in. From giving me great deals to giving me advice even as far as giving me parts that he very well could have charged for. It's hard to find someone that's willing to pass along what they know instead of just trying to make a buck off of you but when in doubt with your tech- call PC's & Parts and you'll get fast service and friendly folks.

I was pulling my remaining hair out after changing our home wireless router. Everything worked fine except the darn HP wireless printer. The router company couldn't help. I called Rod for a reference of someone to come to the house. He said they could come out to the house but suggested we try something first. Re-defining the printer worked and the printer is...printing! I sure appreciate Rod taking the time to walk me thru this. Us old people on a limited budget appreciate it!

I've been to this store twice with different computers. They were able to find the issues quickly and for very affordable rates. I feel like this staff has integrity. I don't have a lot of hardware knowledge and feel comfortable taking my stuff there. I referred my Mom there about a month ago and they walked her through a fix for her computer and she was very happy with the service
