Mario's service was thorough, fairly priced, and efficient! I took my PC in for issues with intermittent power shut-offs and my graphics card not detecting HDMIs properly. I received a repair estimate the very same day. Fixing my PC only took a couple days (excluding the weekend.) Mario is very knowledgeable and friendly. He also ordered two new RAM sticks for me after learning that two I'd recently bought were incompatible with the motherboard. I'll definitely be returning to PC Solutions if I ever have hardware issues in the future! :)

My friend applied thermal paste to his laptop because it was overheating, and after it wouldn't work. We brought the laptop to Mario who was able to diagnose within a very short time that static had most likely damaged the mother board. Our mistake. It was a very unique gaming computer so while he didn't have the motherboard on hand he did search for and send us the link to the one he could find, and was able to put the hard drive on an external for us to be able to access the information on it for a very reasonable price. When we get the new motherboard we will definitely be bringing it back to Mario. He was very friendly, efficient, and fairly priced. Any of our computer repairs we will be going to Mario from now on.
