The PCs issues were quickly identified and a plan to get it fixed was made. My computer is now running without any issues and I couldn't be happier with his service. Hamlet is very straightforward and yet personable. He gave me his diagnosis on my laptop issue and it turned out to be exactly what he said. He didn't waste any time and fixed the problem as soon as the parts came in. The final charge was exactly the same as what he estimated. What more can you expect? I am going back to him if any computer issue would occurr in the future.

I brought my broken laptop to Hamlet for diagnostics. He quickly identified the issue as a faulty processor and advised me that it wasn’t worth replacing the processor on such an old laptop—it would be better to buy a new one. Hamlet is awesome! Long story short - I have a self built gaming PC that I bricked and let sit for a year because I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Hamlet not only correctly diagnosed the problem (plus like 12 other problems from my stupidity), but had it completely cleaned and working again in no time. I quickly unplugged my desktop last Tuesday, threw it into my car, and evacuated from the Eaton fire. Later in the week I tried to start it, and it wouldn’t boot. I feared the worst…I fried/damaged the hard drive and all of my musical compositions and arrangements were gone. Thankfully Hamlet saved the day.
