PC Medics of NJ

I am so grateful for PC Medics! My 15 year old work Dell laptop crashed - when I pressed the on button and it did not boot up I felt panic for the clients that I support. PC Medics were able to recover my data and transfer it onto a compatible device. I was under many time constraints at work and Eric and his team were able to get me up and running in a few days. For so many of us-it seems like our entire employment lives on these devices and I truly felt like I took my laptop to an emergency room, handed over my precious life's work to an unknown third party and PC Medics gave me back something that was better than I brought in. I loved the fact that they offered me many options and that I am now able to enjoy a used gaming laptop which is fast and similar to the device that I have been comfortable using. Their entire team was caring, patient, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I was so blessed to have found them and you will feel the same way! Thank you PC Medics!

I've had my MSI GS75 laptop since starting at Rowan University and unfortunately the fans got cooked. After graduating months after I found PC medics of NJ on google. They were able to fix the fans and are working once again. They definitely do quality work and repairs and I would recommend them again for my future repairs.

Great service! These guys took care of my son’s Gaming PC that ended up having issues after he attempted some new component installs. They troubleshooted the system and found a bad power supply, got us all fixed up, did needed updates and a nice tune up. All done and back to us in 24hrs! Straight forward, fair pricing, and excellent service. I’ll use them for any future needs without question.

My Dell laptop crashed a few weeks ago and I searched many repair shops in my area. PC Medics of NJ had great reviews, so I took my computer over to them. Eric and the team ran a diagnosis and called me within hours of what was damaged. The harddrive was shot and everything important to me were gone, so I thought. The team was able to pull everything back to the new drive. I didn't have an external backup harddrive on that machine, so I'm grateful that they were able to make my machine whole AND at a reasonable price. This place is the place to go to, bar none!
