I received great service on a computer repair on a laptop that was totally dead. Everyone was friendly and Michael explained my options. I asked about several things I thought I might need and Michael told me I did not need that rather than trying to sell me something, which shows his great integrity. Great value for the cost compared to the big box stores. It is great to support local small businesses like this and I reccommend this establishment to everyone.
Trustworthy, professional, friendly and fast. Highly recommend. Michael transferred data from my old laptop to my new one. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and got the job done within 24 hours. I would definitely use PC Answers again!
I had a great experience with PC Answers despite their busy schedule. When I dropped off my laptop, they quickly identified a swollen battery and explained the need to replace the entire base, which they said was a fire hazard. Michael tried to find an expedited replacement within my budget but couldn’t locate one in time. He ran diagnostics while I waited and helped me narrow down options for a new laptop within my budget for heavy design work. I also appreciated being able to text him for feedback on laptops I found. Overall, they were friendly, helpful, and informative, even while juggling a high volume of repairs. Highly recommend them for their honesty and customer service!
PC Answers does fantastic work!! Chris and Michael are knowledgeable and patient. They were more than happy to answer all my questions, as well as addressing my concerns. My old PC had kicked the bucket, and instead of trying to sell me on expensive fixes they offered a simple, and fairly priced, solution. And when I had called with questions after the work was done they were happy to help. They're straightforward, honest, and do quality work. If you're having PC issues I would definitely recommend them. Hopefully I won't need their help any time soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to take it to Chris and Michael for help!!
My laptop stopped turning on. I took it to PC Answers, and let them know I would be going out of town for a couple of weeks. They looked into it and found a dead motherboard, but offered to rescue my hard drive and transfer my files to either a memory stick or a new computer. I decided to get a new laptop. It took a little while for me to get back over to them, but once they had my new one, they got it all set up and my files transferred the next day. Chris and Michael were patient and knowledgeable and sensitive to the importance of keeping files that may not have been backed up elsewhere. I felt safe leaving them with my brand new in the box laptop, and got it back all ready to go.
