The guy was very polite and courteous! He came I mis-advised him of the model iPhone my daughter had and he let and came back. He was quick and fast!

Wow! This service is great! The technician came out the same day and was so fast! He did a great job and was very professional. He had the part and gave me a great price. He even came out to the house! After days of looking for parts and dealing with people at UBreakIFix, Paragon was a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend them!

After a breaking my screen on a business trip, Juan said he would be there in an hour which he was (at my hotel) and the screen was replaced in about 10 to 15 minutes. Exceptional in every way. Great service and allowed me to get back to business. Cannot recommend them more.

The technician seemed nice, came to our house same day to fix a broken lens cover (see picture). In the process of breaking out the old glass he scratched the camera’s lens ruining the camera. Tells me he will replace the whole camera apparatus but won’t get the part until Tuesday. Never shows up, stops responding on here. Don’t trust them with your phone.

Replaced my charge port on two phones in under 30 minutes and had me back on the road for a great price!!
