This has been a completely upsetting experience. I feel completely devalued as a potential client. I called in at 8 am and was told the only time available to work on my device was 3:30 pm. I drive to the location for it to get worked on to see no one is in the shop. I called and was told if you drive or wait 30 minutes someone would be able to work on my device today. Now the young man at the north field location was very kind. Whoever his boss is COMPLETELY lied. Because it makes no sense that you would have a screen for me in the morning but last minute you now won’t have a screen until Monday ? That feels shady and irresponsible. Whoever is a walk in received higher prioritization over me though I called first thing in the morning. When I spoke to the individual in charge there was no remorse and that is truly upsetting. Will never work with them again.
Took my broken phone to another repair shop and was told there was nothing they could do. I immediately came straight here and they had it fixed in two hours for a reasonable price. Thank you to the guy with the cool 'Thrilla in Manila' letterman jacket who really helped me out.
The gentleman who spoke with me over the phone offered an appointment at 6:00 AM on November 20th. But no call no showed even after I tried to contact him via call and txt. I never leave reviews, but I know he’s gonna see this so I don’t mind. Pls don’t offer an early morning appointment just to people please. It’s not good business and it’ll leave a bad taste.
Great dudes, honest service, but do not buy their batteries as an add on. I have purchased multiple screens from them, and all of them have worked just fine. The one time I did a battery upgrade, the battery began swelling and my phone was unusable in ~6 months. I never like to leave bad reviews, but this is a warning. Serious bummer.
We had a service provider come to our house within 30 minutes! He was kind, quick and friendly. He repaired my daughter's IPad screen in minutes! It was AMAZING! So much better than Apple who told us we could not repair the IPad and we would have to buy a whole new screen! Thanks Paragon Geeks for being so FAST, efficient, and money saving! Worth every penny! My daughter was so excited! Thanks a million!
