Scott and his team are amazing. I needed my back glass and battery replaced and they were able to get it done on short notice in a timely manner. He had notified me of minor crack in my screen and that it may worsen when he went to replace the back glass but was able to get everything squared away without doing any additional damage. This is my second time coming to Owl Repairs and I would recommend any friends/family members here.

Super helpful. Took my phone in thinking I needed a new charging port. Turns out all three of my chargers at home were malfunctioning at the same time. Left with a new charger, and not an expensive phone repair. Highly recommend!

I have a lot of experience with this company and I have used them several times with several different iPhone's I have had they are HANDS DOWN THE BEST, FAIR PRICED, AND KNOWLEDEABLE!!! THEY WILL NEVER SCREW YOU OVER AND IF YOU VALUE A REPUTABLE COMPANY THIS IS THE ONE TO CHOOSE!! So sometimes we don't always find ourselves right near Bells ferry road or wanting to drive to Barrett (this is where the Kennesaw location is at) So we may find ourselves at Walmart and see the Celeries or some other place in a random shopping center or something then swing in to have them fix a screen or something small however I speak from experience when i caution you DO NOT DO THIS!!! It has bitten me in the ass!! So I had an iPhone 13pro the back glass broke on it and the battery started getting very hot. My boyfriend switched back to Samsung so I decided to switch the sim cards and use his old phone for awhile I got an SE then the front lass broke from having my 7 year old using it and carrying it around from room to room. (We have hardwood floors throughout our house) when it came to a point and time where if I used my phone I was getting glass in my finger I decided it was time to repair my phone so I called Owl repair I remembered using them before and thought Id try them again the guy Scott picked up the phone quoted me the price to repair it and I was completely shocked it was the best price I had found ever! I immediately brought him my phone and he fixed it that same day he said it would take around 30 minutes that was also a shocker to me because they usually take around 1 day or so. I called to say I was on the way Scott picked up and told me the phone was not workings well with aftermarket products he would put authentic apple parts once he picks then up from his distributer at no extra charge, I told him about my iPhone 13 pro I had been hanging onto for some time and told him what happened to it with the back glass and the battery he said he could fix it diagnosis it and have it back to me the next day. I was was elated!! I had the iPhone SE back and it was working just fine for about 24 hours I was walking my dog and my daughter came running outside to walk with me when she did she knocked my phone out of my hand it hit the concrete so hard it instantly shattered and that was when I went back to Owl repair and told him what happened and that again I would need the iPhone Se screen repaired. He did not hesitate same price and he repaired it. At this time I picked up the 13pro and it was back to it's original state! I was so happy for another 24 hours I picked it up on a Friday we had a birthday party for the little girl across the street and I was chasing my daughters my phone fell out of my pocket screen went black and Owl repair is not open on Sundays. For some reason I was at Walmart we were getting some things for the girls for Christmas and I passed the Cellario's there I remembered that my screen was black and knew it had to be something simple so I went inside not thinking about how I vowed to never let someone other than Scott touch my phone and the guy walks away with my phone, he hands it back about 10 minutes later and says "it is fucked you need to take it back to the person who fixed it they did a terrible job" Now I know Scott did not do a terrible job because it was working perfectly just a few hours before. The very next day I bring it to Scott at owl repair and he is furious He says Jessica only somebody with very specific and special tools and knowledge could have gone in your phone. They have taken out the new battery I just installed and glued in here, they took out the camera sensor, they totally ripped your ribbon on the screen you had on here so you not only need all the things you needed the first time but you also need a new battery they took that out too and then you have to have a new camera sensor because yours has been ripped out. He was so passionate and upset i have never seen him this way before it was the most authentic ever. I now have a case against Celularious.

My grandson dropped his Ipad (5th gen) and cracked it. I called ard and got three quotes. This place was the cheapest! Other places charged $120, $100 and this place charged $60 to repair! Only issue they said will be ready within 24 hours, but they had to order the part and had to wait an addtl day which wasn't a biggie! They kept me posted by communicating effectively. I will return and tell my fam/frds!

Scott and Owl Repair in Kennesaw did a fantastic job repairing my LG V60 I love so much with its 3.5 jack and DAC software built in for much better music. Owl repaired my charging port/microphone and battery in 2 1/2 days and it was DONE RIGHT! I had had 2 prior more expensive repairs at Celarius. They claimed they couldn't find my 1st repair so no warranty. Their excuse was a new computer system. Both repairs were awful expensive poor quality that took 10 days to order receive and complete. Both failed in less then 6 months. Celarius got nasty to me and would not give me back my original OEM replaced parts. That was my property I wanted for OEM reference of parts numbers. I wish I had travelled the extra 5 minutes to Scott and Owl Phone Repair. Owl even offers mobile service which is convenient. Plus Owl has several repair stores. If you want it done right the 1st time it a fair price with a 1yr warranty choose Owl Phone Repair. John P 10/24
