Jay is just superb! After cracking my M2 MacBook Air screen and getting quotes from Apple and other local authorized dealers, Jay’s rates can’t be beat! Not to mention the service level! I contacted him on a Sunday and got back to me within the hour, dropped my laptop off on Monday afternoon (as he had the replacement part available) and was ready Tuesday afternoon, can’t thank you enough! My laptop is as good as new!

Jay at Oshawa Mac computer repair knows his STUFF. Sent him a detailed description of what my MacBook air screen was doing with lines appearing across it, and informed him this all seemed to have started when water split on the keyboard a few weeks ago. He quickly got back to me requesting photos and quickly pointed out this appears to be due to a broken screen and not due to water (thankfully). Brought it to him the same day that we were communicating and he said he could have it done possibly by the end of the day. I told him NO RUSH at all and to have an evening to himself. Next day he text me to say it was fixed and was ready to be picked up. We tested it out before I left so that he could inform me what he had to do. With that said, he knows his stuff, and love the fact that he kept up communication to keep me in the loop of the whole process.
