Do not go to this Office max, they used to be an office depot and fired the most hard-working people there. I’ve been going here for 10 years, it’s total trash now. No service can be done, not even simple help, people are literally just walking around bored! Pretending to do something. Management is so lazy here. It takes allot for me to write a review because I understand we all have bad days but this is a total inability to manage and lack of care for the customers.

Great experience here. Roberto is the best. He went above and beyond to help me. Its hard to find great customer service in the retail world but OfficeMax has the best! Thanks Roberto!
