The print/copy staff and self-print machines are fantastic at this OfficeMax location. A huge thank you and shout out to Lisa, who went above and beyond in making sure my print orders for Christmas were correct and what I wanted. Sometimes kindness is hard to find during the holiday season, so I greatly appreciated her.

Had the best experience this evening. Went to print a few things and the nicest gentleman helped me. His name was Bradley and he works in the printing dept. He went out of his way to not only help me, but he thought of my daughter as well and gave her some colored pencils and paper while we waited for my print job. Thank you, Bradley! Never stop being so amazing!

I did a USPS mailing from here on Nov. 6th. I a told guaranteed delivery on the 8th, which was fine because I needed it delivered by the 11th. Well, here it is the 12th and the tracking has been saying the same thing for 4 days, literally no updates. It was a birthday present for a friend going inside the same state. No reason it should take a week to get there. I call management yesterday and they were no help at all.

I placed a business card order- Ian was quick to assist me. My cards were not ready when I got there, however Ian had the cards printed in 5 minutes. He save me a lot of time and I could not have received better customer service!! Thank you so much!
