1. Entire staff was helpful, patient and considerate. 2. Questions were addessed clearly and patiently. 3. I did not feel like they looked down on me for asking 'silly' questions. 4. Suggestions made when staff member did not know or was not qualified to respond. 5. Since I was extra patient, it did not bother me to wait as worker helped person before me.

Generally a good store, the problem is the laziness of the staff and the inability to make labels for shipping due to technical issues. Example: employees will watch other employees struggle with customers and do nothing to help, example: knowing your label maker is not working but not advising customers that are waiting in line for no reason apparently. Overall just poorly managed.

Terrible service at the print counter. Rude fouls mouthed person. Refused service until advised that the owner of my company would just come in and deal with her. I would never go there again.

I ordered Christmas cards online and was sorely disappointed. The online process was difficult and not user-friendly. I received a text too early about them being ready. The woman behind the counter was rude about it and tried to help us by sending it to a different store since their cutter was broken (which was not mentioned anywhere). The pictures were never sent to the other store. And even though she did seem apologetic, she did not take off the price of the cutting as she mentioned on the phone, and when I picked them up, another lady was kind of rude about the cutting price too when I just wanted to get what I paid for. Now i have to cut them each individually. When I got home, I pulled out the photos, and every single one of them was distorted or had a line through it. Or was just bad quality, and I ended up crying. This was the worst christmas card experience i've ever had, and i've used this service five years in a row. Will not be using it again and will never recommend it to anybody again.
