Great experience! I placed a same day order 2 days ago with the 8600 Cross store in Littleton and after a very frustrating experience, they were not able to print the order. I called the lakewood location and had the exact opposite experience! They were incredibly helpful from the first phone call, were able to print the sign I need for an event tomorrow within a few hours and overall were just so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and so grateful they were able to help me get this sign printed in time!

Absolutely NO customer service from the girls in the printing area. 2 were working in the area, not once was I acknowledged. A simple " We will be with you in just a couple of minutes" would have been nice but to be completely ignored, totally unacceptable! I won't be back to this store again.

I don't like to shop normally, and this store is great at helping me get in and out in a fast and timely manner. They also usually have everything I need in stock.

Went to print 3 4x6 photos $.39 cents each ($1.17 total) and was charged a “full service fee” of $1.39 paying a total of $2.59. I was confused of why the charge and one of the employees told me it was because the minimum is $2.50 otherwise they charge you that fee. The employee at the print section did not mention that or I would have printed 3-4 more photos to reach the minimum and get more photos instead of paying the extra fee. Bad customer service from the girl at the print section for not wexplaining surcharges before hand and just charging at checkout.

Very rude when I called to see if they had a product in stock. The lady who answered was extremely rude and refused to look for the product I wanted and told me that they don’t have it, but I went in the same day and clear day the product I wanted was there if you’re looking for supplies or product availability, this is not the place for you. The workers are lazy.
