They do great work at a decent price, I would have given 5 stars. HOWEVER, this is the third time I've been by within business hours, driving all the way across town, to be greeted with locked doors and an empty store. Closing a whole 2 hours early on multiple occasions has been frustrating.

I had broke my phone, and needed something fast, i communicated with brad and he helped find something 👍, long as you got a job with direct deposit, they'll work with you, and guarantee you'll walk out with an I phone, or samsung your choice, all great condition to! I got my phone replaced here, I really thought I could trust them.... To be fair they did a good job in general but I have quite a few issues with my "fixed' phone. They used the adhesive given to them when they bought my replacement parts and when I came back addressing this issue of it lifting up they replaced it with their own adhesive but ONLY in the part I pointed out........???? You'd think if the adhesive was bad they'd replace all of it with their own adhesive. I did not have the time to return after the second fix. FURTHERMORE, My NFC doesn't work resulting in some really embarrassing moments where I had to put every bit of grocery back all because my tap to pay did not work. I really wish I had better things to say about this store other than my phone is "brand new" again I guess.. Edit: I do believe they are definitely good people. You should definitely go back if you have issues and they'll make it right. Unfortunately I'm not in Greeley and I won't be back for months which is why this all frustrated me. I can't use my card overseas unless it's tap and I had absolutely no time to go back as I was on a time crunch.

Very poor customer service lady owner at front desk very rude. I went in to get my camera glass fixed they fixed it but what the male owner did while do repairs is HE SCRATCHED THE GLASS ON FRONT MY PHONE HE HAD NOTHING LAYING DOWN SOFT A NON SCRATCH CLOTH OR PAD HE WAS JUST WORKING ON THESE PHONES ON A HARD OLD WOOD DESK WITH TOOLS AND PARTS AND DEBRI SCATTERED. What got me mad is when she handed me the phone after the repair very first thing she said that came out her mouth was look you already have scratches on yr glass! That was the very first thing like she was straight up trying to hide what they did and say it was already like that! Very poor handling of phone and very dishonest ownership. I had not one scratch on it. What he does is lays these phones on hard dirty table with nothing soft to protect them as he scoots them around as he’s working on them. Then they try and lie and not at least own up to it and say hey how can I make this right we made a mistake. What she yells at me WE FIX PHONES WE DONT DAMAGE THEM. Then that’s when I looked on his messy dirty desk where he was in the middle of working on other peoples phones. VERY RUDE AND DISHONEST OWNERSHIP
