brought my laptop here after some water damage. dropped it off and within a few hours was given a diagnosis—the motherboard was failing. they opted to repair it instead of having me pay extra for a new one. service was speedy and affordable; got my device back within 2 days. the employees were friendly and willing to answer all my questions. definitely coming back here if i have any future issues :- )

I’ve worked with NY Computer Help for over a decade. For me, they are always dependable and have always been able to resolve my difficulties. I should note that I am not very savvy about computers, and yet they never discount my opinions nor talk over my head. If I have questions about what’s being done for a particular job I’ve brought to them, they are careful to explain their activities and make sure that I am following the information. I expect to work with them for many more years.

Came here and thought that it was my usb ports that were broken, but after inspection they figured out the reason for my “broken” laptop. They used authentic parts and quality work to repair my laptop—which was experiencing swollen battery. Although the process took longer to perform due to authentic shipping parts, they finished the procedure immediately upon arrival. Everyone here was honest, transparent, communicative and great. I highly recommend here for your laptop concerns!

Outstanding Service I recently took my laptop to pc shop after it stopped working unexpectedly. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue in simple terms and He fixed my computer issue on the spot in 10 minutes and did not even charge me ! I highly recommend this place for their expertise, transparency, and excellent customer service. My laptop works like new, and I’ll definitely return for any future issues!
