Matt was extremely patient and knowledgeable when I needed a new security system and explained my pc soft ware was too old to install the recommended system. Kevin agreed and Matt ordered a new pc , installed and transferred my information . Service was prompt . Communication with Nerds to Go was efficient and Matt kept me well informed. Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing tech/gaming issues, especially Arthur. He’s great, was troubleshooting with my 13 y/o in patient and friendly way. We had a PC that died unexpectedly. After we replaced the power supply it still would not boot. No beeps, nothing. Dropped it off for Kevin and his team to sort out thinking it was probably the motherboard or cpu or both. It turned out it was the video card that was dead. They switched to on board video so we can access our machine again, yay! We were very happy with the service and will only take our computers to NerdsToGo in the future. They were honest, performed very thorough diagnostics, and provided a full explanation of all issues they found. They even suggested a comparable cheaper video card to replace ours. But first I'm going to see if the warranty for the existing card will do any good. Glad I found NerdsToGo. Thanks a bunch, you guys saved me a lot of time!
