If you are looking for IT Support as a business, please, please stay away from MyTech. They will not be your partner in your business - they will only see you as a source of revenue, not a customer that needs good support and service. They will constantly try to upsell and over charge you for extras you don't need or could get for a less. They even failed to back up one of our servers with crucial information on it, notwithstanding several indications it was going to fail. Then, they said that it wasn't part of their job as IT Support to secure our data. Finally, they agreed to try to recover the data, didn't indicate that they were going to charge us to fix their mistake, failed to recover the data and sstill sent us an invoice for $1500! Then they wouldn't provide our passwords to our new tech company who was able to get the data off the failed server. I'm am so relieved that we are finally out of the clutches of MyTech and their business practices.

Always a quick turn around time. They have always been able to solve out technology issues.
