MYRIG Service: Bitmain Antminer Repair & Maintenance

Do not trust them they repaired a s19 a year ago did great. I sent them 2 more this winter for repair completely dishonest this time repaired the machines but dropped one smashing the fans and bending case on the back ruining the machine and sent it to me then the manager said the received it that way.....but some reason didn't tell me till after I got the machines back and paid for the repairs so instead of being a shipping insurance claim im stuck with a destroyed machine. Stay away from them!! I'm sad used to be a good bunch to work with but things have changed there and completely untrustworthy worthy now. The managers way of dealing with it is just not answering back and ignoring the fact that he caused an easy no big deal shipping insurance claim. into a unhappy customer who is out the cost of repair and the machine. Update 4/3/23 the second machine they "repaired" is completely dead after 2 weeks of running. I'm now out both machines they "repaired" stay away from these guys they obviously have no idea on repairs. They went from a good shop to con artists in one year its sad.
