Dr Marsha was awesome. Very friendly, easy to speak with, not in a rush. All staff was friendly and offered smiles. They answered all questions. After exam I spoke with Cathy to pick out my frames. She took her time, didn’t rush me, very pleasant to speak with. She made certain I was happy with my choice and explained clearly the process and approximate time my new glasses will be ready. Overall… highly satisfied. Office was clean, smelled nice, and otherwise well maintained. Highly recommend.

Easy to set up appointment. Elected to have the online appointment. Young woman who attended to me and administered the tests prior to seeing the doctor online was very professional and knowledgeable. Online Doctor was also friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I had no further concerns before ending the teleconference. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. After getting the prescription I was guided to an area to choose frames and felt that the staff there really wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Glasses and contacts were ready in 1 week from the time I visited, and everything is working out great so far. I noticed that the opticians were all accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned that I get the best prices that were available and were willing to fully explain charges, costs and the available deals. It was a very good experience.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had regarding customer service. I came in once and their system wasn’t working so they reschedule me a week out. They did my eye exam for contacts come to find out FOUR weeks later they never ordered them. The receptionist was incredibly unhelpful and rude over the phone. Was absolutely no help ordering the contacts and told us they were closing soon so we should call back a different day. When she finally let us speak to the manager an hour later we got them ordered. Do businesses not leave notes or follow up on the things they do? I don’t understand how this can be missed and pushed off. Will never be coming back.
I have been very impressed with MyEyeDr, to date. The doctor, that I saw (Dr. Mearsha) seemed very smart, and knowledgeable, and was definitely awesome at helping to resolve my sight issues and needs; with the highest of friendliness. Ana, up front, was so patient, kind, helpful and caring, even helping to correct a payment error, on my part, with there being no feeling of imposition, to her. She was very precise, in fitting my glasses, and really seemed to care about what she does.
