5 STARS!! Brad from Mr. Tecky was great, he diagnosed, repaired and returned my laptop within 24-hours of contacting him. He was able to drive to me to pick up and return my computer. He was friendly and professional, he was upfront about costs and gave me price options for different levels of replacement parts. My computer is now working like its brand-new. 100% would recommend Mr. Techy for any computer repairs!

Brad has helped me out on numerous occasions and solved problems I didn't even know I had. He keeps his appointments or calls if he is going to be delayed, explains things in language you can understand, and charges a very reasonable fee for his work. He comes to your house and if he has to do work that requires he take your computer with him, you usually get it back the next day. I highly recommend him particularly if you are a senior and not too computer savy.

This is the second time I've used Brad's services. I believe you can't find a computer technician with as many skills as this gentleman. From knowledge, to customer service plus he's mobile! If I could give Brad a 6 star I would. Most knowledgeable IT person I have had in my office. Knows his job and very professional. The best thing is he has very reasonable rates. Would recommend him a thousand times over. George
