I needed my NVME hard drive replaced on my Dell laptop and I found Moore Power IT online through a local Google search. I had already purchased the NVME hard drive myself. I run my business through my laptop and can not have much downtime. Ken came by my business and picked up the laptop and hard drive Friday after business and returned the laptop Monday morning (which was Memorial Day). My laptop is running as smoothly as ever, and if I need anything else, I will use Moore Power IT in the future. Ken exceeded my expectations for customer service!
