Honestly, I brought my 2nd hand ps4 pro in here for a clean up and reapply thermal paste. Not even one 1month in, they did something to make it worse than it was before. My fan is now going crazy too much lately in a cod lobby or during dialogue in ESO. Undoubtedly, they aren't professional, and no voicemail setup is irresponsible, which backs up my claim. Don't trust these guys with turbans on.

Booked an appointment yesterday with these clowns. Come today, they dont even have the part in stock, quote me FOUR hours to do the repair(presumably because they dont have the part) and the price was INSANE for the work required. Picked up the part on my way home and did it myself for a QUARTER of the price and time. out to milk people that they think don't know any better.

A recommendation was given to me to take my sons xbox here for a repair to the internal fan. I'm so glad I did. Excellent friendly customer service. The xbox was fixed within 24hrs. Very efficient and fast. Thank you Mobile Klinik for making my son extremely happy to have his xbox back.
