I took my son’s iPad here because it wasn’t charging anymore. I was expecting I’d have to pay for a new charging port but to my surprise they were able to fix it after a good clean and restart! The gentleman was very kind and even charged it up a bit just to make it was working okay. He didn’t charge me anything for this service and was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this location as they seem to genuinely want to help you repair your device for the lowest price possible. Thank you!

Took my phone in due to the network signal going off/on and it was quickly diagnosed the antenna was disconnected/broke. For a reasonable price and in only an hour my phone was back up and running as normal. To be honest, I was worried taking my phone somewhere after reading tons of reviews of phones being worse than when they went in (at other locations) I can assure you this place is trustworthy. I highly recommend if you are in need of cell phone repair this is the place to go. It even comes with a warranty 😉. Thank you for being a safe, honest and reliable place!

Brought my Pixel 8 into their location to have the screen replaced under Google's Extended Warranty. Was told I'm not eligible for the free replacement, even though on Google's help page, it says I'm eligible. Was told I'll have to pay for the repair, or contact Google to see why I'm not eligible. Drove to the Pickering town centre Mobile Klinik & they completed the Screen replacement on the spot. Not sure why the guy at Whitby lied. If he didn't want to do the repair, just lie & say the parts are backordered or something.. Don't say I'm not eligible, even though on Google it says I am.

Had my Samsung S23 Ultra screen repair done by Arshil. The service was excellent and his customer service exceptional. He took the time to even clean out all of my ports and device. The screen repair was done same day and the quality is even better than brand new. Thank you. Highly reccommend.
