These guys are awesome, so kind patient and helpful. We bought a new PC and were having issues with the GPU, they helped us solve our issue after a 10 minute phone call. Service like that is a dying trait, we are so greatly appreciative.

A real pleasure to work with Austin- he listened to my concerns and patiently answered all my questions. I needed a creative solution and Austin came up with a plan. It was a pleasure working with Austin and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Called them about a data recovery issue and spoke with the owner (I think). He gave me a possible price range for my issue and then told me some ways to try and fix it myself. I am awaiting a part to see if I can fix it myself so I am not sure if I can fix it. However, based on the fact that this guy guided me to try and fix it myself first, out of the 5 shops I called I would and will use them if I need help in this area. Thanks.

This was an amazing experience! Corey was incredibly knowledgeable. In a 20 minute phone call, he was able to help diagnose my computer after I've tried for 2 months. His experience shows and his ability to explain what needs to be done compassionately and easily gave me so much peace of mind. I never felt stupid or like I had messed up. Instead, he gave me the confidence to fix my pc and run it more effectively. I would recommend this place to ANYONE for any of their computer related needs.
