MIRACLE RX Computer Repair

I went to James because he said, "Give me a shot and you will not be disappointed!" I was EXTREMLEY disappointed. Asked him to clean out my laptop keyboard after a spill and to check why it was overheating. Not only did he not clean out the keyboard at all, he fused my trackpad so it no longer worked, fried my audio wires, and then proceeded to stop all contact when I reached out to him to correct the issues. He wasn't up front about the fried audio wires but instead sent me a suggested docking station with a convenient audio speaker function. James followed up with me on how my computer was working and when I said it was not working correctly at all, he stopped communicating and refused to give me my money back, even partially. Took it to another vendor who actually fixed the keypad, fixed the track pad, corrected the audio issue, and only charged me a fraction more than what James did.

James is 10/10 for computer repair needs. Very knowledgeable and has true interest in figuring out the issues. Kept me updated. Quick turnaround time for diagnosis and repair. Highly recommend

James was very helpful and took time to teach me a lot about my computer that I didn’t know. It’s like he gave me fish and also taught me how to fish. Definitely worth the price.

James is incredibly knowledgeable with everything computers and really good at relating that knowledge to computer dumbos like me. I feel like I could make an educated purchasing decision about a laptop thanks to him-- something I didn't see coming. He's honest and the price for his services is very fair. Furthermore, if the situation is, like it was for me, that your computer is obsolete or in ruins, he'll just tell you so, and won't find ways to blow your money for unnecessary repairs. Then, for a small fee, he'll help you find a computer that fits you from a reputable community of computer junkies that is excellent and half the price of major retailers. You can't beat that. Disclaimer, he works from an upstairs apartment in a house. So, if you arrive, don't be scared off by that fact. You are at the right place to get the help you need.

James did an excellent job helping me build my custom PC. He was extremely descriptive and responsive to my questions and was able to fix the build issues I ran into quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend James enough he was truly a life savior. I will be coming to him with all of my future computer related issues as I am entirely satisfied with the service he provided to me.
