It's annoying they don't have a phone number. But once I got there, Jeffrey was super helpful in finding what I needed. They have an impressive selection, and the staff is knowledgeable. The price and speed for repairs seem better than Best Buy.

I placed my first online order. I got a confirmation that it was ready for pickup. But when I got to the counter, they said they were out of the part! They substituted a different part, claiming it was an exact replacement. They didn't even show me the specs. When I got home, I found it was missing key features and was totally useless. Now I have to go back to return it. I won't be buying anything from them again. They also sent a survey, but their system said I'd already responded, which I hadn't. I emailed them, but they haven't replied. I ended up finding everything I needed on Amazon cheaper with same-day delivery.

I want to thank Amy and Leah for helping me choose and order my new PC. I picked it up at the Mayfield Heights store on Black Friday weekend, and I was so impressed with how well-organized it was. Veronica helped me find a monitor and accessories, explaining everything and giving me excellent service. Managers Ryan and Jim introduced themselves. The checkout line moved quickly. Monica even checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Another staff member loaded my car. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience!
