I received excellent service from Jeff in the framing department at the Greeley Co. Store. He took time to listen to my specific needs and remained pleasant while helping me decide which purchase to make.

If you are looking for creative ideas for home decorum, arts and crafts supplies, school supplies, photo art and framing, and many other decorative ideas and supplies, Michael's is the place to go. I would like to thank Jeff Fairchild for his brilliant creativity, knowledge and techniques in framing several pieces of photo art. He works with you in choosing the best frames, dry mounting, matting and choice of colors to complement the art piece and to match your decorum; and Jeff's finished product with his meticulous attention to creative detail was absolutely fabulous. I can't say enough about how pleased and appreciative I am with the tremendous artistic help that he provided and I recommend Jeff and Michael's for all your artistic needs without hesitations.

I love Michael’s but this location is severely understaffed. There is no one available to help customers and only one register attendant doing literally everything. She was amazing and helpful but she deserves some help!

It's what you'd expect from a Michael's as far as the selection goes, but it's virtually impossible to find assistance throughout the store if you have questions or need help. The shelves are tidy enough and well stocked. Also, the vast majority of the carts have very squeaky wheels, which is awfully annoying.

Most incompetent management I've dealt with in a long time. I will never use this location again. Ordered an order online to be delivered same day. Received a text that morning that it would be delivered. Then it was canceled. Then when I called they said oh yes we have it right here it will be delivered. Then when it wasn't delivered that afternoon I called again and they said oh yes it will still be delivered. Of course it was never delivered. 5 days later I call and ask just to get my money back, and they said you can pick it up. I said no it's too late I needed it that day so I just want to refund and they said oh you have to come in to get the refund. I don't live nearby so that was the whole purpose of having it delivered. I'm in the middle of planning a wedding and I don't have time to make an extra trip. So having to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back due to their incompetence is ridiculous. The management should be fired.
