I am so thankful for Raymond! An update corrupted my operating system and completely froze my computer. I called Raymond and he came to my home the same afternoon. He worked on it for 3 hours but it was so damaged that he had to take it back to his shop. He updated me throughout the evening as he worked on it. He was able to save my data and restore my computer as if it were new. He returned it the next afternoon and made sure everything was in good working order before he left.
