I ran into Mac Outlet in a panic. My staff accidentally broke the point of sale inside each iPad. I wouldn’t be able to operate without repair. They got us back up and running in 5 minutes! Thank you so much! Great neighbors! Great business!

I went to Mac Outlet today to have my MacBook Pro checked. I had replaced the battery and when I went to re-start it, it wouldn't boot up. I thought I had done something wrong. Marcos checked it out and found that the battery that I had purchased online, was bad. He put a new battery in it had me up and running in less than two hours. I was about ready to go out and spend $2000 on a new computer and he saved me. He's the best!

Happy with a service provided to me, Stuart was extremely helpful, friendly and professional! Customer service is on high level. Price was really good for my bootable usb mac os drive and it did not take much of a time to make it ready. Convenient location of Mac Outlet, friendly environment, made my day easy and pleasant. If anybody needs a help with Apple products for reasonable price, professional level of job performance and short time, that’s the place to be. Recommend , definitely!!!!!

These folks are amazing! Initially, I didn't want to drive cross town. I'm glad I did! I needed some help with a hard drive that was not being recognized by my system. Marcos helped me figure it out very quickly. What a great team!
