I would give this more than 5 stars if I could! Donovan is THE Mac expert! He's efficient, professional, patient, and puts things in easily digestible language that you can understand. I'll use him for all of my Mac issues.

Donavan has been helping me with my MAC's (desktop and laptop) for over 10 years. I do not let anyone touch my computers but him. He has helped me from getting a new desktop and laptop synced, helping with backups, to getting my desktop running faster. The best part is he can do it all remotely and I just sit back and watch him work. He knows EVERYTHING about Mac's and I would never hesitate to call him. Bonus he is also a super nice guy!!!

I truly enjoyed my experience working with Donovan. Even though we couldn't shake hands or get a good look at each other's faces (lol), he took the time and energy to diagnose my problem and fixed the issue in an efficient manner.
