Mac and PC Guys

Recently my desktop hard drive became corrupted. Unfortunately I had not backed it up. I was convinced that all my information was gone forever until I found out about Mac and PC Guys. They retrieved all my data and it was ready the next day. The price was more than fair for all the work they did. Everything was transparent and my entire experience was pleasant. Customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Mac and PC Guys!

Good work at reasonable prices. We've taken an old Mac Book Air for repairs and/or additions there. After the first time, we don't bother checking other places. The work has always been well done. The prices are reasonable, below what we had been quoted in other places and, as could be expected, much lower than what Apple would charge (if Apple would agree to repair, which they don't always do). Although Mac & PC Guys offer alternatives to purchase from them, it is only a suggestion, they don't try to force their stock onto you.

Amazing service. My laptop couldn't turn on without it being connected to a power outlet. They were able to figure out the problem within a couple of minutes and had found the parts that they needed to fix it. Once they recieved the raplacement parts I only had to wait a couple of minutes to get it fixed. They had an amazing customer service, and had very reasonable price.

Extremely helpful and patient. I’m not the most familiar with computers and I had some trouble upgrading my storage since I stripped the screw. The owner helped give me directions and was exceptionally kind. When I then found my keyboard wasn’t working he provided great advice. I would highly recommend this shop for any repair needs, Thank you!

Mac and PC Guys were where I took my PC to have it diagnosed and fixed. They were quick, diagnosing the problem and fixing it same day, and were extremely understanding of my financial situation, being flexible enough to allow me to find a way to pay for everything. It might still be expensive for someone poverty level like me, but for this level of service and care, you probably won't find anything better for the price
