First visit. Was not expecting it would be fixed while I waited. This guy is so nice! We chatted while I waited. Price was awesome and my laptop running like brand new now! Will def come back here if/when I need some other tech help!

I am so happy with Mr. Kim’s service. He is so kind and gentle. He repaired broken hinge of my laptop on the spot. I was so worried and anxious that it won’t get fixed but he did it. Also his charges are not bad. He also gave me free charger wire. It was so nice of him. I would definitely come back to him to get my gadgets fixed in future.

Mr. Kim was very friendly and kind. I brought my laptop in because the fans weren't spinning properly. He initially tried to clean it but it didn't work. He told me if I brought him new fans, he'd install them for free (I only paid him for the initial work). I brought them in, and he indeed did it. I highly recommend him if you have any problem with your devices.

He is very knowledgeable and KIND, very good customer service, he genuinely wants to help people with their technology problems and that is why I trust him and go to him. Honest man.
