It’s usually the same story every time I come here. Never people around to help you find what you’re looking for or to give you information on specifics. After being directed to the wrong aisle I finally located smoke alarms. They were extremely expensive and didn’t offer two packs or three packs or four packs. After waiting a while to get some help I happen to catch somebody walking by, but she didn’t know anything about the product and insisted that the number that they had on their inventory was the model number which it was not. After making something up, he walked away from me and helped another customer without even excusing him himself. I sat down on a pallet of flooring and got on my cell phone looked it up online and ended up purchasing it elsewhere.

DO NOT USE LOWE'S FOR INSTALLATION!!!!! I live in a house built in 2020. My wife and I wanted to update our exterior door, so we chose to go through Lowe's to get a Therma-Tru door. The whole order and installation has been a nightmare. The door took 3 months to come in and then the install team called and told us that it would be another month before they could install so the door and frame just sat in my hallway for a month. When the install team finally come out, they scratched our wood floors, didn't bring enough materials for our framing and had to use our old materials, scratched the glass on the new $4000 door, cut uneven holes in our threshold, got caulk in our surrounding stone and grout, and the door is uneven so it doesn't close correctly and you have to lift it to lock the door. The install team sent out a manager after our complaints and when he arrived, he immediately apologized as soon as we opened the door. He said pur door was "beat up," the tension was incorrect, and he wouldn't be able to fix it. We are now 6 months in, and they are ordering us a new door with will take another 2 months to arrive and haven't been made whole on the damage done to our house. DO NOT USE LOWE'S SERVICE.

There is a limited selection of small and large appliances. You're better off at Home Depot or online. People here are typically friendly and I can often find someone faster than I can at Home Depot.

Rita is such a sweet lady and awesome employee! she helped me out a ton this evening! Fred was also super helpful. Great employees are what make stores great and I will definitely be coming back here because of Rita and Fred!

I want to compliment Lowes on their clerks that went out of their way to help me while shopping at the Brighton, CO store, recently. I can't say enough good things about employees, Rita and Tito, for their excellent service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Vera.
