Loveland Ford Service Center

Ash and her team are absolutely fantastic. From day 1, they were a recommendation from a colleague to solve a difficult mechanical mystery with my Mustang. They were timely, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I will never use another service center. My car is restored, and so is my faith in Ford.

Amber Rodarte was very helpful in the service dept. She performs great under pressure and can still be very nice and accommodating. She is great to work with and helped me with a challenge when it was time to get my truck after services were done. Thank you Amber!

Ryan, Thank you for promptly responding to my rating. My apologies for the one star. This was by accident, however, I would like to share my honest opinion and experience: I used Loveland Ford several years ago to lease a vehicle. During that time their staff was helpful and sincere. Since then, we had moved to Denver and recently moved back to Northern Colorado. We weren't pleased with the dealerships in Greeley nearest to us, so we decided to venture back to Loveland Ford for some maintenance/recall items we needed with our current vehicle. Right off the bat, it was great service again. Once our vehicle was dropped off, things hit a bit of a turn with some splotchy communication and old information on file. Gary (or current Service Point of Contact) did everything he could to rectify the problems we were having and has turned our experience back into pleasant and positive. We thank Loveland Ford for their assistance and look forward to coming back.

Ash White is a fantastic service adviser!!!! My truck needed transmission work and she made it seamless. The job is very involved and she communicated every step of the repair. I live in Parker Co and I drove to Loveland Ford because of Ryan Fish and Ash to take care of my truck. Thank you to everyone who made my experience great!

1st time ever using the dealer, and it was a pretty awesome experience. Dont get me wrong. It's expensive as hell, but you get what you pay for. John was my service specialist, and he's pretty f ING delightful. I had to take a 2nd mortgage out on my house to pay for the van repairs, but Johns great attitude and wonderful delivery of the bad news made it a great experience. I can't wait until my vehicles break down again to come back here. Seriously, though. They do good work, pick you up, drop you off, and everyone there is really nice. Especially John. 100% worth the price.
